For original artworks

Original artworks ordered through this website are dispatched via recorded delivery, ensuring packaged contents are properly handled and transported to your chosen address.

As part of our commitment to you, we package each artwork with extra protective bubblewrap to ensure that canvases are transported without damage or degradation.

Once payment has been received for a limited edition artwork, we do not provide a refund.

For digital prints

Digital prints including framed canvas prints, merchandise and other printed items are eligible for a 15-day refund should you not be satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason.

In order to return a digital print to us within 15 days of your purchase, please get in contact with us. (In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging without having been modified, scratched or damaged). Once we have received your returned item, you will be issued with a refund within 30 days.
