Domestic and International shipping 

Artworks ordered through agnesmclaughlin.com are shipped via DHL with recorded delivery from the European Union. Orders can be made worldwide.
 
Delivery + Processing times (artworks)
 
Once you have made payment for an artwork, it takes up to 2 business days to process and pack your selected artwork. For orders inside the European Union, shipping takes 3-7 business days approximately.

Orders outside of the European Union can take 10-14 business days.

These shipping times are estimates only and we cannot guarantee exact timings for deliveries.
 
Delivery + Processing times (digital prints)

We work with a variety of printing partners to manufacture and ship print items. Delivery times can take between 3-15 days depending on where you are based.

COVID delays for international shipping

We are currently aware of some shipping delays that could affect delivery times for international customers outside the European Union (for artworks) related to COVID. At the time of order, you will be provided with an ID number (artworks only) where you can track the progress of your package. A delivery time estimate will be provided to you by the courier.

Custom duties and import taxes

International deliveries may be subjected to custom duties or import taxes. To learn more about whether any import taxes will be due on your item, you can explore DHL’s website for more information.

All sales are exclusive of VAT, and we do not offer a waiver for custom duties or taxes. This will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.
